The Vibe

El Oasis is perfect for anyone and everyone wanting to connect and gather in the outdoors. Get creative, how do you want to connect with your friends, family, clients and co-workers? El Oasis can be modified to fit any gathering you are creative enough to dream of whether it be a private event, celebration, weekend of solitude, or a glamping trip with like minded friends. It’s a very family friendly place with comfort and fun in nature for young and old.
We are constantly growing and building but currently there is a spacious 1 bedroom casita with 2 queen beds and 3 sleeping mats for kids. There is a cozy camper that can sleep up to 4, 2 adults and 2 kids. And there is an outdoor glamping zone with 3 areas that can accommodate 3 vehicles/families bringing their own camping tents and gear with access to 2 showers and 2 toilets, all in the privacy of El Oasis. All together the casita and camper can host 9 people and the camping area has space for 3 more families, maxing out at about 20 people.

Events

Contact us directly and we will work with you to make it happen! We are open to ideas to help you get your group connected in nature. When hosting a private event you have the entire property to yourself for your group.
El Oasis can comfortably host up to 50 people for a daytime or evening event. We are continuously working on making changes to best fit groups of 100 for the future. Currently we have limited parking, so 8 vehicles is the maximum that comfortably fit on the property.
El Oasis is gated and enclosed on all sides. If you rent out the entire property, it will just be your group and our 5 goats. Beto the caretaker will come in and out to take care of the animals and the grounds but his schedule can work around any special requests.
Nope! When you rent out El Oasis you will have the property for your group and your group only. Our caretakers may need to access the property at certain times but are flexible.

Casita & Camper

When you book the casita you have the entire 2.5 acre property for your group, up to 5 people. The casita has full solar power equipped with 2 bedroom lamps, an overhead lamp, 2 kitchen lights, and bathroom lighting. Access to all the shared areas, bonfire, palapa, pizza oven, outdoor charcoal grill, ice bath, hammocks, tree house, mini zip line, kids play tent.
Your private room will be enclosed with 2 queen beds including full bedding and pillows. You will have access to the indoor private bathroom and shower, bath towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner.
The kitchen has a fully equipped fridge with a bag of ice, a stove top and oven, glasses, plates, cooking pans, grill utensils as well as water jugs and a bag of ice. A french press with coffee, sugar, and basic spices are also included in the casita stay. There are many games, books and puzzles to enjoy as well.
Bring your travel basics, and whatever you want to cook and eat can be stored in the fridge and prepared on the stove top or on the charcoal grill.
The cost to rent the casita is $5000 pesos per night and $1000 pesos for the final cleaning up to 5 people. 2 night minimum.
2 adults and 3 kids. There are 2 queen beds plus a sleeping mats for the kids. Bigger group? Expand your stay in the cozy camper!
The camper is a great overflow spot if you need room for an additional 2 adults and 2 kids when you book the Casita or the Property. There is 1 queen bed, plus 2 sleeping mats and a small fold out couch. You’ll need to bring your own sleeping gear and towel. The camper costs 2,000 pesos additional per night.
Bring sleeping bags for the little ones to sleep on the mats. A cooler to hold your food and water and whatever food you would like to prepare and whatever you need to cook with. You’ll also need towels for showering.
Two nights.

Glamping

El Oasis will open the doors for you to park your camping vehicle or pitch your own tent . You will have access to the 2 outdoor shared bathrooms and 2 outdoor hot showers. You will be able to use the charcoal grill, the pizza oven, shaded palapa area with tables and chairs, bonfire & pizza oven area, hammocks, tree house, outdoor games, ice bath, and kids play tent. There are many open areas with outdoor solar lighting to enjoy in the evening. The glamping area can host up to 3 vehicles.
Your own tent or camping vehicle, sleeping situation, flashlights, portable grill if you don’t want to do charcoal on the main grill. We recommend bringing your own cooler with ice, water, food & drink, dishes, charcoal, firewood etc.
Currently we have 3 designated areas for 3 different groups/vehicles to set up their glamping space. The Camper can be used as overflow if needed when the casita is rented. Overall the property can host 5 families comfortably.

Other Details

No to Wifi. Pretend it’s 1994 and connect with your loved ones. Possibly in the future, but for now we dig the no screens in nature.
We are open to having pets, however we need to know in advance. We have some goats in a corral on the property so will need to check with them. Well behaved dogs must be picked up after on the property.
The casita and camper run off of 8 solar panels and 8 batteries. When cared for correctly the casita has a solar charge to keep the kitchen lights on all evening and enough juice to charge a cell phone and run a speaker. If lights are left on too frequently you will lose the charge. You will need to monitor your electrical usage, because when the power is out, it’s out! And you’ll be able to enjoy the evening by the outdoor solar lights or candlelight.
This number may vary, but there is space for up to 3 families to glamp with their own tent, one family in the camper and one family can rent the casita. Maximum around 2o people fit comfortably in the space when staying overnight. This number can be flexible depending on the make up of your group.
Probably not. This is a place for people to embrace the outdoors. You will encounter what nature provides, amazing greenery, some bugs and maybe your occasional creepy crawly critter. This is all a part of the experience, leave your hair dryer, make-up and Louis Vuitoon at home and embrace nature.
The property is less than 1/2 mile from the Pacific Ocean of the La Cachora neighborhood and 1 mile walking or driving from the magical downtown of Todos Santos, Baja California Sur, Mexico. It’s a very private secluded property, yet close to town and the beach.
The location of El Oasis is admist other expansive properties, so walking around the palm grove or to the Cachora beach are great ways to explore. For the yogis, you’ll love the Cuatro Vientos Yoga Studio, a 10 minute walk. For nature lovers sign up for a Turtle Release on La Cachora beach which happens seasonally from November to March. A 10 minute walk to many restaurants such as La Esquina and Eataliano Pizza place, El Mangito Market, Baja Tiles market, and the adorable downtown Todos Santos filled with galleries, shops and restaurants just a 1 mile drive away.
We are constantly working on new projects to expand the space for connection, community, healing and grounding in nature.
